Career
Trained at the Institut del Teatre, Jaume Villanueva has built a career as a stage director, playwright and theatre-maker. He founded Octubre Teatral and created projects including La Vampira del Raval and Romance de Curro el Palmo.
At Òpera Popular de Barcelona, his vision combines theatrical depth, urban memory and a contemporary visual language. This space gives that authorship a name and a context.
